The team at D8 My Mate are working really hard to get everything just right for our launch... we're so busy we've not even had time to go on any dates ourselves at the moment!

The story behind D8 My Mate... we've all got friends who are single and have met (and sometimes dated) everyone in their existing social group, they need to meet new people but that's hard when you hang out with the same people or don't like meeting new people in clubs and bars.

Some of our single mates have even tried those online dating sites (we're personally guilty as charged on that one) and know that they are not fun; it takes ages, cost lots but the main down side is having to sell yourself online – it is really hard to do without sounding like a complete loser! Why not let someone else do it for you.. someone who knows you better than anyone else and is not afraid to be honest...
